FT.STRONG.GIRLS

 

Keep your Teens active with our FT TEENLIFT or FT STRONGGIRLS program!

Each program is -

  • 6 Week commitment

  • 45 minute small group training sessions

  • Beginners and all levels are welcome

With this program, your Teens will -

  • Stay Active

  • Learn the fundamentals of weight training

  • Develop coordination, confidence, and build strength

  • Learn proper lifting form

  • Increase overall health and fitness

TeenLift -

  • Co-ed available

  • Meet Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 315PM

StrongGirls -

  • Female teens only

  • Meet Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 4PM

 

FT.GLUTE.GAINS

 

FT GluteGains

This program is -

  • 6 Week commitment

  • 45-60 minute small group training sessions

  • Beginners and all levels are welcome

  • Wednesdays @ 615PM and Saturdays @ 9AM

With this program, you will -

  • Learn how to activate your glutes before a workout

  • Learn proper form (Squat, Hinge, Thrust)

  • Gain muscle, reshape and grow your glutes

  • Track and log your workouts to help focus on progress

  • Receive 3 levels of thick resistance bands

 

FT.MITTS

FT MITTS

This program is -

  • 6 Week commitment

  • 60 minute small group training sessions

  • Beginners and all levels are welcome

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 630PM

With this program, you will -

  • Learn all aspects of boxing including punching, defense, footwork, and conditioning

  • Increase strength, stamina, and overall physical conditioning

  • Train in a small group setting

  • Build on each session, progressively increasing combo and defensive complexity

  • Work directly with a USA Boxing Certified Coach

  • Boxing gloves required, hand wraps recommended
